Do you offer custom furniture?

Yes. Some items are available as made-to-order or can be customized depending on the product type.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • After processing begins, changes may be limited
  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production starts

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on item type:

  • Small items(under 32"W): 8–14 business days
  • Large furniture(over 32"W): 4–8 weeks (estimated)

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on  orders.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.

Freight shipments may have limited tracking updates until final delivery.


Do you offer White Glove Delivery?

Yes. Selected items include White Glove Delivery, which includes in-home delivery, assembly, and packaging removal.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.


Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective or incorrect items: covered by Weylanhome
  • Non-defective returns: customer responsibility

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and are issued to the original payment method.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.


Orders

Will my items arrive together?

Not always. Orders may be shipped separately depending on product type, availability, and shipping method.


How can I check my order status?

You can track your order using the tracking link sent to your email after shipment.
