For White Glove Delivery:
- Customer must ensure access conditions
- An adult (18+) must be present at delivery
- We are not responsible if items cannot fit through entryways
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are subject to our Return Policy.
General guidelines:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Custom or made-to-order items may not be returnable
Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.
