At Weylanhome, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely, efficiently, and with care. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing timelines, delivery methods, and important details to ensure a smooth shopping experience.


1. Order Processing

  • Standard items are typically processed within 3–7 business days
  • Made-to-order or custom furniture requires 15–25 business days for production

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on item size and shipping method.

Small Items(under 32"W) (Standard Shipping)

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL or equivalent

Estimated Delivery Time: 8–14 business days


Large Furniture(over 32"W)

(Freight Shipping)

  • Processing Time: 15–25 business days
  • Delivery Time: approximately 4–8 weeks
  • Method: Ocean freight + final-mile truck delivery

White Glove Delivery (Premium Service)

Includes:

  • Delivery to your room of choice
  • Professional assembly
  • Packaging removal

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on most orders within the continental United States

White Glove Delivery:

  • Local areas: from $239
  • Extended areas: from $339
  • Nationwide: $339–$539

Final pricing is confirmed before delivery.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the continental United States.

We also support special arrangements for:
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, U.S. territories, and international destinations.


5. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

Freight shipments may have limited tracking until final delivery stage.


6. Delivery Guidelines

  • Adult (18+) must be present
  • Ensure access for large furniture delivery
  • Confirm measurements before ordering
  • Delivery team does not move existing furniture

7. Delays

Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather
  • Customs clearance
  • High demand periods

All timelines are estimates.


8. Damaged or Lost Items

Report within 48 hours with photos.

We will provide:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund (if applicable)
